September and Matt wed on January 14, 2012. The couple reminded my wife and I of the Twilight wedding between Bella and Edward. Such young, vibrate skin and personalities. Kyle and Melissa Hobbs Wedding

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a dear friends wedding. This friend, my brother, Kyle and his fiancée, Melissa married on November 19, 2011 in Pensacola, Florida. Which is also the day that the two where born, around the same time. (Who is older by the way?) It was not only a pleasure to photograph but also to be a part of as the Best Man. Congratulation Kyle and Melissa! I’m proud of both of you and wish the best for the two of you. Conner, I think I speak for everyone, especially, Tori; that we are glad you have official joined our family (looking forward to playing angry bird with you). Many couples took advantage of the special date, 11/11/11, to exchange vows. I was truly honored to be a part of the marriage ceremony of Jody Goatley to his beautiful bride, Rachel Cornwell. The cool, fall day was the perfect setting for their intimate and peaceful celebration. The love, happiness, and peace was contagious as I captured images of Rachel and Jody in the serene, country setting. The Cornwell’s home created a comfortable environment for the couple and their families to begin the wedding day. The couple exchanged vows at Symsonia Baptist Church and ended the night with a fabulous dinner. Thank you Jody and Rachel for a beautiful and peaceful day. Your wedding was a blessing.

Joe and Anna Davis 60th Wedding Anniversary!

I was blessed to have been asked to photograph a special couple, Joe and Anna Davis, for their 60th Wedding Anniversary. After spending time with this special couple and observing their actions and conversations, I was reminded of all the newlyweds I photograph. With a gentle touch of the hand, or a simple gesture of affection these two never seemed to miss a beat with each other. Marriage is always full of ups and downs, however Anna and Joe can teach us all the importance of loving unconditional.

It was obvious that this sweet couple had touched the lives of many. The church and reception overflowed with witnesses to this beautiful union. The emotions ran high from the grooms’ first glance of his breathtaking bride, to the exchanging of vows, and to the final toast.
